Joshua Jager(Owner),

With over six years of experience in leadership roles in Finance, Joshua Jager is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving success through effective project management and team leadership.

He has spearheaded multiple projects aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency, including updates to Salesforce for improved navigation and revamped client onboarding processes. Joshua's strong communication skills and strategic mindset have led to enhanced inter-departmental relationships and improved team performance throughout the years.

He led customer service teams and played a key role in testing and implementing new servicing systems. He developed team leads and implemented departmental controls processes to drive coaching and development initiatives.

With a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from Canisius College, Joshua is a lifelong learner who self-taught himself CAD and 3D printing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, he is eager to leverage his business skills and “can-do” attitude to make a mark in the world of 3D printing.

Garrett Harp(Owner),

Once an inside Sales Rep at Curbell Medical, he brings a wealth of experience in sales, customer service, and project management. Over the year he was there he played a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction at Curbell Medical's Orchard Park location.

Prior to joining Curbell Medical, Garrett honed his skills in various roles at St. Bonaventure University, serving as a Quick Center Student Worker, Peer Coach, Student Ambassador, and Bonathon Student Worker. These experiences have equipped him with strong organization, communication, and project management skills, essential for success in sales and customer service roles.

Additionally, he gained valuable business development experience as a Business Development Intern at M. Holland Company, where he focused on new business development and corporate communications.

Outside of work, he is a self-taught 3D printing enthusiast, passionate about creating new things and exploring innovative solutions. With a focus on new business development and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Garrett is dedicated to driving success and delivering value to clients in the 3D printing world.
